Steps
- Draftsmen/Architects
- Shepard Homes can put you in touch with a local draftsman or architect to get your design process started.
- Floor plans
- As your home is being designed we are available to work closely with your draftsman/architect to help edit and perfect your floor plan.
- Details/Custom Features Meeting
- When your house plans are complete, we are ready to work up an estimated cost to build.
- Site Meetings
- Meetings with our team throughout the building process help ensure that our homeowners are getting all of the custom features that they desire.
